Fitness – Performance

A.  Establish a 5RM Front Squat then perform: 

3 Sets of 5 Reps of A @ -10lb-30lb w/3 Min Rest

B.  10 Rounds 

5 x Strict Pull-ups 

10 x OH Walking Lunges @ 45lb/25lb

    A. 145, 125, 125, 125. Wanted to go heavier but just not feeling it today…had a crappy night’s sleep so that didn’t help…
    B. Took a little over 16 min. Pull-ups w red+green band for 6 or 7 rounds then switched to green+blue for rest. OH Walking Lunges @ 25lb. My arms are still shaking…

    A. 105 for the 3. A lot lower then what I have done. But it will come back.
    B. used red and blue band. 15#. Around 12 minutes.

    Warmup – love the mixed warmup Bryce!

    A. 135-165-185…then 3x @165. A bit down from last week. By the end I was tired, not feeling it today.
    B. 12:45, @45 for lunges, 1 round of unassisted pull-ups, 4 rounds of blue band, 5 rounds of jumping. Tough one, don’t know if I could have done another 10 lunges or not.

    Forgot my time…yuck this was hard.
