Fitness/Performance:

A. RDL 4×5 65%

B. 3 rounds with Partner

1min max reps DL while partner holds at the waist, switch when needed

1min per team max reps Push-ups while partner holds plank, switch when needed.

Sport:

A. RDL 4×5 65%

B. 3 rounds with Partner

1min max reps DL while partner holds at the waist, switch when needed

1min per team max reps Push-ups while partner holds plank, switch when needed

Strategy/plan:

2 bars per team. DL weight should be one you can always lift under fatigue.

Partition the 1 min between partners however you want. 1 min per movement per round.  6 mins total work-out.

    I was the only guy in 4:30 class today – first time I think that’s ever happened!
    A. 95-135-165-165-165-165
    B. Done, DL @165, 165, 135 (had to go lower the last round) – none of us remembered to count. I’m pretty sure we got about the same each round whatever it was. The DLs weren’t so hard, but the holding the bar was! Arm burner.
    C. Mobility – cow stretches, KB rolls, KB halos.

    135. With Jen … Tough.. Strict push ups. I struggled.
