    A. 155, 155, 165, 165, 165 – could tell I haven’t squatted in 2 weeks
    B. 2k row – 8:35 – had hoped to be under 8:30
    100 burpees – 10:03 – not pretty

    A. 135 all. Felt great
    B. Burpees 9:13 (was hoping for under 10-YAY!!)/Row 9:46 (was hoping for sub-9. Oh well.)

    Aftermath–feeling it pretty good tonight. Hope I didn’t work too hard before tomorrow!

    A. Worked to 195… Thought it was a PR but wasn’t I have hit 200 before x5 🙁
    B. 7:57 … I am happy with this. Last yr on fresh legs I got 7:47.
    C. Didn’t go crazy—10 super sets of 10 every minute… Snuck a few extra in to finish at 8:49.
