    Not in to it today — BS: PR 145#, I think I’ll be able to do more next time.
    WOD: 14:42, OHS are still tough on my shoulders. Definitely not RX.

    WOD: 1541: 14kg kettlebell, blue band; 55 lbs OHS (20 lb PR for a WOD) and 55 lb thrusters. I love feeling strong! 😀
