    A. 75, 85, 95, 105, 110 (last time I did sets of jerks, I was doing only 2 reps and only worked up to 100# – these felt much better)
    B. 9:21 (150 SU’s at the end, could not get wallballs going…)
    Last workout. Shout out to my 5:30am early birds, Michael, Josh and Nic. Thanks for supporting a former chubby runner who was afraid of the 15# training bar into the lifter I am now. 🙂

    First day of the new competitors class, and it was AWESOME!!! Good to be back and lift heavy stuff!!!

    B. 9:05 – actually did the 10 wallballs per round from the competitor workout @20#, and about 1 DU for every 2-4 jumps. Slowly getting better.
