    B. 13:29 – PC @85#, pu red+skinny green, v ups until last round then leg raises
    After being sick all last week this was not fun…but it’s good to be back.

    A. 95, 100, 95, 95, 95 – 100 was just too heavy!
    B. 11:14 – PC’s @ 65#, V-up’s and divers – kipping PU’s without a band for the first 2 rounds (YES!) and the rest with a skinny red band

    Got my first pistol today on my right leg – so close to getting one on my left leg. 🙂

    A. 105#. Felt ok.
    B. 12:06 85#. Green band. Don’t like the ascending numbers. Pull ups were tough. Who gets a cold in June? Lots of huffing and puffing.

    A. 115-120-120-125-125 Felt great.. I think I even hit my thighs on the 115 and 120s 🙂 Focused on a slower 1st pull.
    B. 10:57 @95#… single pull ups. Wanted to decrease my numbers on the pull ups. Glad I pushed through. Feel pretty accomplished after this workout!

    Nice easy workout today 20 min amrap of 5 burpees, 10 am swings 1 pood and 15 abmat situps
    Sit-ups and planks after. Resting up for the possibly horrid 4 workouts this week…..

    A. 65-70-75-75-80 I think? Just about got up to 80% and they all felt really good (first time in a long time)! Started out a little lighter to make sure I was going into a full squat snatch since I have a tendency to power clean as the weight goes up.
    B. 12:03 @ 65# sm blue/big red bands on pull-ups. Divers as V-ups were bothering my lower back.

    A. 95-145-165-165-165-165. Elbows were not cooperating, jerks were not very good.
    B. 9:55, @115# cleans, strict/jumping pull-ups, and as good of V’s as I could get (it was hard work if not pretty)
    C. Mobility
