    A. Did exercises with just barbell and also worked in my pt exercises.
    Comp WOD but with 10lb wall ball instead…felt too light for my legs but good for my shoulder. Just going to continue to do things at light weight to maintain strength while it heals up. Still a good workout though, burpees!!

    Wallballs right after the bike was ridiculous!!!!! Started with 20lb ball and had to drop to 14 after the first round!
