    2x195lbs, sport Rx-I did like 2 rounds for 2 and the last was 1+5 or something. Not good. I decided now that I was being a weenie and now I’m mad. Feeling run down because I never sleep. Need to rest for Friday so I can kick ass.

    C&J – 105#; getting stuck in the bottom of the squat. Needs technique work, stayin tight, etc.

    Back squats: 5×5- 85/105/110/115 and 1 rep at 125- a 15# PR. Yeah! Felt really strong!
    beginner’s oly class- snatch and clean and jerk work.
