    A. Worked on pushing off the bar to help string together kipping pull ups..
    Also did my first ever strict chin up…

    B. Sport…… 4 + 200 run + 10 burpees

    A: 3, got wild wing after 3, and couldn’t get back up…
    B: 3+200+ 16 reps…. 1.5 pd swings kinda taxed after a while…
    OMG it was humid during the 430p class too!!

    I’m gonna go ahead and say that it was super nice to have multiple coaches there for our huge 630 class. Class was super fun although my back was lit up for the wod. Did Diane yesterday and another wod this morning in the cities along with a couple runs in between.. Tomorrow will be rest for me!

    1st ever real bar muscle up. Before i would just do a gymnastics kips which was cheating kind of…Wow! I was surprised! I was never able to do that when we had to do it for gymnastics conditioning and I used to feel so annoyed! Something clicked!

    Wod: this was a lung burner! 4 rounds and a few steps out the door…

    Hollow rocks with spirit fingers.
