    At Timberwolf CF
    A) Skills: 100 Double Unders for time x 3- PR’d my dubs. Hit 89 and 98 (from 54) felt good today!
    Handstand Push Ups: Max reps – 6, 12 then stopped to save my shoulder.
    * Men: 3 45s, Women: 2 45s

    B) 2013 Regionals – Event 7
    * Teams of 6 – 3 women (135lbs), 3 men (225lbs)
    ** 2 rope climb/2 squat cleans x 3 rounds
    ** 2 rope climb/3 squat cleans x 3 rounds
    ** 2 rope climb/4 squat cleans x 3 rounds

    (we only had a team of 4, so we did the set of 3 and 4) I did 4’s not sure our time, but it was pretty challenging. Haven’t done rope climbs since I don’t know when!

    C) Helen: 3 Rounds
    400m Run
    21 Kettlebell swings (52/35)
    12 Pull Ups
    -Done as Male/Female partners you go I go. we had 17:17 I think.. My runs were slow, KB felt a little slow too, Tried to butterfly them but could only manage sets of 3 today.
