Push press 165# (25# PR) bench press 135# (didn’t have a prev PR) felt weak on this one.
2K row 9:05 10 sec PR. Tried to break the 9 min mark. Darn close.

  2. Crysta P

    A. Push Press 105# (20# PR) – annoyed that I keep push jerking…could’ve had 110#…
    B. Bench Press 125# (haven’t done a 1RM but 20# more than I did previously)
    C. 1 Mile run 9:15 (PR) not bad considering I haven’t done any real running since November

  3. Josh H.

    A) Push Press – 215lbs (40lb PR)
    B) Bench Press – 185lbs – Failed 205, but was *very* close – burned myself out on PP, had zero left in the tank
    C) 6:12 mile run – I haven’t timed a mile run since 9th grade, but this is a PR of ~90 seconds :-/

  4. Sara G

    A. 100# – 15# PR
    B. 100# – 5# PR
    C. 1 mile run – 7:52 – so pleased with a sub 8 minute mile! 🙂

  5. Megan

    A. 85 # push press 10# PR
    B. 90# close grip bench press 10# PR ( I think)
    C. 7:05? Mile felt good to run in the sunshine:)

  6. Jen

Stained the fence and deck today, with yard work involving logs, wheelbarrow, and a hill
    Then
Did 1 mile run in the neighborhood including my favorite (sarcasm) hill: 7:51. Not bad for no running in 6 months.

  7. Paul Bye

Love the warmup again – I hate the abs but they’re good for me!
    A1. Push Press – 205# – attempted 215 PR but couldn’t quite get it.
A2. CG Bench Press – 235# – attempted 255 PR but I think I was out of gas by then
    B. 7:59. I know I’ve run faster miles than that earlier in life, but definitely a PR in the last 10 years.

  8. Jessi

    A. Push Press 105# – 15# PR
    B. Bench Press 90# – 5# PR
    C. 1 mile run – 8:47 – at least 13 sec PR, my last mile wasn’t super accurately timed.

    Sport:
    A. 115-125-135-145-155-165(10#PR)-175(F)-170(15#PR)
    B. 85-95-105-115-125(5#PR)-135(15#PR)-140(20#PR)-145(25#PR)
    C. 7:09 (not a PR, but happy with it since I haven’t been able to run in 3 years!!! Have a bit more muscle to lug around now too!!!)
    D. 85-95-105-115-125

  10. Nicole Chovan

    Sport:
    A. 115-125-135-145-155-165(f)-165(f) tough on the shoulder today.
    B. 85-95-105-115-125-135-140(f) was a tad easier on the shoulder!
    C. 7:09 I think it’s probably a PR. I feel heavy when I run…guess it’s all that squatting.
    D. 85-90-95-100-105. Wasn’t too thrilled with my jumps. But I would have struggled with 10lb jumps.

  11. Susan Kian

145 pp tried 150 but dropped….didn’t want to strain….previous pr last summer was 150-155 I think.
135-140 bench press….this felt really weak….will need to work on…not sure what 1rm is
2k row 8:13….tried to hold on at end but sort of lost it. Prev pr is 7:38. Need to work on my cardio…

Bought a kb today-5×20 kb am swings at home.

  12. JennF

    A. PP– 155 (5#PR)
    B. BP- 135– failed at 145, tried 140 and needed a pinkie help from Susan.
    C. Run 7:49. I think this is the fastest I have ever run a mile?? My splits for runs are always well above 8/9 minutes!! Felt good.
    D. 70-80-90-100-105, then worked on getting the bar closer to my body with just the barbell, then 55#, then 65#, then 75#–doesn’t feel right yet.

1K row at steady pace for fun– 4:10

  13. Laura S

    A. #105 (#15 PR!)
    B. #85 (PR) not sure what mine was before that.
    C. 9:08 (49s PR!)

I’ve never been a fantastic runner. I always feel winded, but I lugged my butt around for my 3rd PR of the day! Happy with it!
