    A. deficit HSPUs are much tougher than regular ones. I got a few
    B. 10:53 (sport) form started falling apart on T2Bs on round 4

    first unassisted handstand (in probably 40-45 years!). I’m still afraid but I’ll keep practicing. Also got over 10 DU in a row! Good skill work tonight for me. Didn’t do the WOD.

    A. Deficit HSPU work. Still couldn’t get that 4″ deficit. I will try again when my chicken wings aren’t so sore!

    B: 11:38 grip started to fail, couldn’t link T2B.

    10:38 on WOD– performance.

    Soreness from Murph and the HSPU is setting in tonight. Walking around like I did almost a year ago when I started at CFP. Hurts soo good!!
