    A2. Done all overhand not chest to bar but did do wide grip
    B. DL at 175, rowed 73 cals. Didn’t note time oops

    A1.) 225 x 10 for 10 sets
    A2.) didn’t do too many of these, my hands felt shredded.
    B.) 185, my back was shot. (lots of excuses, I know). 26, 30, 33 cal. rows…could have stepped it up on the first one!

    Overall, those squats are hard! But, I was kind of being a wimp today.

    A2. done with red+green (felt harder than normal, but at least I got proficient at getting my foot in the band without too many problems)

    Squats at 145
    Pull-ups at all overhand except a couple.

    Workout: dl at 125. I should have done 175 but I decided to give my back a rest instead. Rowed 69 cals total I think. Not sure in finish time.

    A2. Done with red band… Some overhand, some chin ups… Skipped 1 round.. Was going to skip another until Jenn made me do it!!!!
