    Workout 11:43 tried to go as fast as i could. Felt good. Did a few muscle ups after. Trying to always practice them when I am fatigued.

    B. 14#WB 25-50- 65+10 air squats when the mental game got the best of me./Situps/15-30-45 cal row. a little under 19 minutes. Ouch. Sweaty.
