    Granite games team sectional wods 2 and 4. Didn’t get much of a workout as they were short. Done!

    Started a workout at home:
    A. 5×5 FS: 145-155-165- Shoulder/back seized up and had to stop. Need to work on getting the knot out of my scapula area…very painful!!!
