    5 x 5 with 55/65/65/75/75

    WOD: 5 rds with 65 lbs, and blue band the whole workout (first time, woot!) for kip pullups.

    power cleans 5×5- 65, 70, 75, 80, 85×3 (Previous 1 rep max was 85 and I got 3 tonight!). WOD: 12 min amrap: 3 clusters at 45, 200 m run, 10 pullups – blue: 5 rounds +3 clusters
