    5k- 30 something. Felt pretty tight in my Achilles, slow and heavy…thud thud…should have tried to stay with Amy and Staci …fell so far behind. Sideache city…

    A couple rope climbs, was gonna do butterflies but they felt off. Then had to run off for baby duty….need to practice rope climbs…haven’t done it since last year.
