A.) Complex – Front Squat + Push Press + Split Jerk – 7×1

Add weight each single

B.) Snatch – Position 1 pause – 10×1

Clean and Jerk – Position 1 pause  – 10×1

Front Squats –  6×2 W/ Pause on 1st rep

C.) RDL’s – 5×5

Banded Pull Aparts – 100

Planks – 4 minutes total

Mobility – 10 minutes minimum
