This camp will cover the foundations of basic strength as well as prepare athletes for upcoming sports seasons. Our belief is that if an athlete is old enough to play sports, they are old enough to prepare off the field to play those sports.
Camp athletes will focus on developing maximal power. Athletes will become proficient in both the Snatch & Clean and Jerk.
Accessory lifts such as squatting, pressing, and pulling will also be used to develop technique and strength.
Athletes from across sport disciplines can benefit from the Power, Speed, and Agility gained in the Olympic Lifts.

Camp consists of two sessions of 12 classes over an eight week period. Participation in both sessions is encouraged but not neccesary to see results! Classes meet M/W/F 3:30-4:30pm
Precision Workouts – 12 in-gym workouts per session, each designed by experts to develop different areas of strength while building confidence and correct form.
Professional Grade Coaching – All classes programmed and coached by a USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach.
Home Acceleration Guide – 2 weeks of pre-camp preparation designed to get youths up to speed from the comfort of home.
Post Camp Regimen – Athletes will also take home 4 weeks of additional programming after camp.
